What's New in v2.1?

Kandidat version 2.1 is our biggest update since launch. Three major additions: SmartRecruiters support as the 4th ATS, an entirely overhauled matching algorithm, and AI-powered answers to open-ended form questions.

SmartRecruiters: The 4th ATS

SmartRecruiters is used by companies such as Adecco, Bosch, LinkedIn and Visa. In Switzerland, it is the 4th most widespread ATS after Workday, Greenhouse and Lever.

The Kandidat Chrome extension now automatically detects SmartRecruiters forms and fills them in 30 seconds, just like the other three ATS.

Matching Score v2

The matching algorithm has been entirely overhauled. Version 2 now analyses 5 dimensions instead of 3:

1. Technical Skills — Exact match and synonyms (e.g. "React" = "React.js")
2. Experience — Years, sector, company size
3. Industry — Finance, tech, pharma, manufacturing
4. Location — Distance, cross-border, relocation
5. Seniority — Junior/Mid/Senior/Staff/Lead

Result: +12% accuracy on our internal benchmarks. False positives have decreased by 35%.

AI Answers to Open-Ended Questions

ATS forms often contain open-ended questions: "Why this role?", "Describe a recent project", "Salary expectations?".

Kandidat v2.1 detects these questions and generates contextual responses based on your profile and the target role. You can edit them before submitting.
