Data you provide: name, email, CV, cover letter, job search preferences, profile information.
Automatically generated data: usage logs, device information, AI-generated documents, application history.
Important: The Chrome extension only reads the page you're on (ATS form) and does not collect data outside your applications.
2How We Use Data
Your data is used for: AI document generation (CV, cover letter), automatic form filling via the extension, job matching and recommendations, account management and billing.
We use Anthropic's Claude API for document generation. Your data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy.
3Data Sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data is shared only with: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare R2 (document storage).
4Data Storage
Data is hosted in the European Union (GCP Zurich). Documents are stored on Cloudflare R2 (EU).
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
5Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. JWT token authentication for the extension. Application-level access controls.
6Your Rights
Under the nFADP (Switzerland) and GDPR (EU), you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection to processing.
